Kenneth A. Frost III practices in the areas of complex and class action litigation. He has successfully pursued relief for plaintiffs and class members in cases involving antitrust, securities, consumer protection, and unfair competition issues. Kenneth's antitrust experience includes matters concerning Sherman Act Sections 1 and 2, the Clayton Act, and California's Cartwright Act.
